Do you reckon any of the major parties are ballsy enough to put forward such a manifesto commitment? -

He’d score against that defence for sure. Even Joe wright will chip in a few Memo to oneself. Don’t rush out a post on JKB before you head out the door to work and always check your facts first! 🙈 -

On Sunday the 16th June there's no Hearts match and no Scotland match... so what better way to get the adrenaline going than abseiling 165ft from the Forth Railbridge! 😁 We have a limited number of spaces available for this unique challenge, in support of Big Hearts - the Club's charity. If you are interested in taking part or would like to find out more, please email [email protected]

Why just European games? He won't carry any home grown weight. He's also getting 30K plus a week at Sheff Wed. -
Wrap up third - Season has been a success

If we are best of the rest then year on year we enter the cups at the later stages. To win the league cup thats 4 games. Scottish Cup 5 games. As discussed elsewhere they can be a lottery across those 9 games. So we just need to keep plugging away. Brian Clough always put winniing the league as his priority over all the cups, including Europe, as that was the marker of how both team and manager developed, performed etc etc. Yes silverware is nice but at present with the current GFA set up, for us, coming third and closing the gap, will be the equivalent of a league winning season. -
That about sums it up IMO.

To be fair I see his point. I have equal disdain for both of the gruesome twosome and the last thing I want is either of them actually winning the title on the final day on our patch. Would be quite funny though witnessing the anguish. -

I doubt he will want any more left side defenders, the one area already overloaded. Right sided defenders needed. Might be good news for Craig Gordon/Liam Kelly

Clark has Tierney and Robertson as left backs and there is also Taylor of Celtic in the frame given he has played previously. Could be to fit them both in, and we have done this several times that Tierney goes centre back and Robertson left back. If that is the case we would need cover for the latter. It could be down to Taylor or Kingsley for that. Guess who the media would be going for. However more importantly we need a right back.

Kingsley 100% deserves it. Mr. Consistent and dependable.

Good assessment. I'm less down on Rowles, though, and would be fine with him staying. I'd also like Cochrane to stay, but we have cover if he doesn't. If Atkinson and Sibbick leave (which I'd be fine with) we'll need two RBs. One of them can be a loan. If Atkinson stays as back-up to a new guy, it wouldn't be the end of the world. I'd also like to see us replace Tagawa with someone who we are happy to throw in for 20-30 mins every week or start when Shankland needs a break. Preferably a physical striker. -

Definitely had the full end that day as their segregation came into place around 84-85 but there was a no man's land between the Jungle and our end as the police cordoned it off as seen in this picture. Full end for 1 game in 85-86 and for 1 game the week before the Cup match at Tynecastle 86-87.

They’ve got to want to be in there first.
