Second what TheBigO said about Pasmo. There's a few different branded travel cards, Pasmo & Suica being probably the two most common, but they're all essentially interchangeable and do the same job. Can use them on buses, trains, subways, vending machines, in convenience stores and various other places all across Japan. Saves a lot of faffing with the many weird and wonderful Japanese coins! Should be able to pick one up fairly easily at Haneda airport. I've been tentatively planning my next trip, just waiting on a good deal on flights, Yen is absolutely on the floor at the moment so it's a great time to visit!

I thought this tweet sums up best about being a multi-club owned club who is not at the top of the hierachy. Too much of it feels like the multi club system is just rich owners thinking its something they need as others are doing it. Apart from a way to get around FFP, there is little I see of benefit to have a system like this.

Bulking and cutting is like putting your foot down on the accelerator in the snow, unless it's for a sustained period you are spinning your wheels. As someone who's wasted time doing this and knows several successful bodybuilders (natural and non-natural pros), powerlifters and strongmen the correct way to do this is fully commit to one goal for a sustained period (16+ weeks IMO). Main thing would be to check what the intended outcome is and set the goals around that.
