Fair play to you for not denying it.
  3. I remember in the 1970s disliking 10cc and Steely Dan because I thought they were both just too clever for their own good. (I learned to love the latter.) I never thought they really had anything in common musically. But listening to the song @HackneyHearts posted above - my God, it could just about be early Steely Dan.

    Dhanda

Really looking forward to him in a Hearts jersey, can see him scoring a lot of goals for us ♥️

    Formula 1

Yeah. That just leaves Christian Horner the only one still moaning about Mercedes dominance then.

    Julian Assange

Just catching up on the weekend events, and notice that Julian should hear today if he could be extradited to the US to face a corrupt trial? There are a lot of arguements for and against, but for me is how can we send somebody to a country that cannot deal with Trump? Its a country with 1 rule for some but not for others and espacially if you are NOT american. The first amendment goes on about freedom of speech, but their argument is that he is a spy. The Fist amendment wont apply to Julian because he is not american. so how can he get a fair trial when there is a 2 tier legal system? Yet trump also had classified info, which he should not have had in his private Mar-a-lago Batchelor pad....same crime The other thing about freedom of speech with the press is that you have to show restraint, so as not to compromise current activities and putting lives at risk, but as he exposed near historical criminal activity by the US, and the info was supplied by Chelsea Manning, who was given 35 years but released by Obama Assange has been quoted for getting 175 years. but he might get 3/4 but the US is now a banana republic, and wont get a fair trial and unlikey to comply with the assurances we seek prior to his extradition, remember they wanted to in their words 'Fry' a teenager on the spectrum. He has now served 5 years in Belmarsh, surely that is enough of a sentence, albeit part of that was for failing to turn up in a UK court. The US wont extradite a murderer because she was the wife of a diplomat, so should this one sided treaty not be torn up for arse paper?

    Dhanda

Dhanda and Simon Murray have almost single handedly kept County up. The rest of the team is utter gash.

Summer 24 Transfers - Beni signs 2 year deal

I'd take Dexter back on a season long loan if we have the option - but not as a right back. I'd rather play him as a winger as he's shown much more in the attacking half of the pitch than he has in the defensive half. He could cover at RB in a pinch, but I'd still be signing another actual RB/RWB with some experience to keep a calm head in big games. In terms of Dhanda, Spittal, Penrice - I'm sure we're just being respectful to their clubs since we made a big issue out of Rangers announcing Souttar the way they did.

    Dhanda

Yes I like Dhanda the more I see him. His urgency was also impressive. I know it's a big game and htey need the goal, but you could kinda see he was driving their team and for a guy on the way out, it shows great character. Not sure it needs a big good in the air CF as such. It's about forward movement into the box imo. Vargas has scored a header or two, and certainly popped up at the back post as well. Guys getting in the box, especially with clever movement is what we need, and I think to an extent already have. Not instilling him as the new saviour, but this includes Tagawa, he'll benefit from Dhanda (and Barrie's fitness) massively. I wonder if Newy can get himself on the end of stuff more with late runs too. He's good in the air. For corners, Kent and Kingsley are good in the air obviously, they just need supply!!!

To hibs.net - here is how we're feeling tonight ( Monty sacked )

I remember seeing them at the Odeon shortly after I'm Not in Love was out in 1974 or 1975? I thought it would be orgasmic (in joke there) but it was the very worst gig I ever attended. They just stood still and played the album note for note with a lot of tape backing. Deadly dull. 1cc at most

Got locked out of my work's account this morning. Someone at Microsoft must know me.
  16. It's an area we're struggling in so you'd think the lad has a chance. What are the other options? We can't start with Ralston, who doesn't even get a sniff at Celtic. Such a shame for Hickey (and Scotland!)
  17. It also demonstrates how well we have done finishing 12 points ahead when it is generally acknowledged they have had an exceptional season. Also 21 points ahead of St Mirren.
  18. Story that goes with Sturm Graz winning the league (& cup) is that it ends this era of dominance from RB Salzburg. They've won the league every year since 2013.
