I met a Hibs workmate in Tamsons on Easter Road at lunchtime after it was announced. Myself and another Jambo popped in to console him.

Aye they fell hook , line and sinker for it and thought they were on the " right side of history " with their gender views, hate laws, restrictions on freedom of expression and speech etc. The general public werent having any of this. -

You know that poster keeps going on about trying to be " respectful " in debates etc then spoils it as usual by reference to the daily mail etc. Its pretty tragic , abrasive stuff. -

they got stuck in allright and lost it. Lost it with GRA , Hate crime nonsense and also various other idenity politic issues. Guess why? The majority of people do not give a flying **** about these issues. They do about the real issues like the economy , homelessness crisis etc. The so called "cultural wars" have been the death of the SNP in the last few years. -
That's our first SPFA POTY. Hearts players have won the SPFA YPOTY five times, Craig Levein winning it two years running, and Robbie won it the season before that. The other winners were Scott Crabbe and Gary Naysmith.

Yeah, no win in 6.

Just saying this very point Had Rangers fielded an even slightly competent RB that day Hibs would still be waiting on a cup win. Bluenoses at that point referring to him as one of the worst players ever

I think they won't in Moldova, but they might wait and let their production systems catch up a bit before moving on to the others.

Summer 24 Transfers - Vargas signs 5 year deal ( updated )
BackOfTheNet replied to Juho_Makela_Goal_Machine's topic in The Terrace
I’ll take left field signings like Vargas and Tagawa any day of the week. Okay Tagawa hasn’t shown (yet) what he can do, but Vargas has worked out. And if we was Scottish and playing for Motherwell we’d be priced out of a move. Foreign signings get way too much snobbery from some for me, written off as projects or somehow less professional or hardworking as Scottish or English players, but if we’re going to get next level quality at a price we can afford, that’s the route we’ll need to go down. -
They'll not break stride.

Did we announce how many had bought during last seasons renewal window? Half expected us to announce how many we'd sold but can't mind if we tend not to initially. -
PFA Scotland Players' Player of the Year 2024
The Goalscoring Knee replied to Tenor's topic in The Terrace
Echoed - some achievement when you see how the voting has panned out over the last 30 years or so. And unfortunately it has coincided with his leanest spell of the season (went seven games without scoring in late August/whole of September) - needs to get back in the groove and hopefully this weekend provides him with some opportunities.
