Agreed. Man City do have a lot of deadwood that they're trying to shift. Zabaleta(West Ham) Clichy Sagna Iheanacho are all off IMO. Was outstanding at Schalke and looked one of the best in the Bundesliga. Seemed to take him about half a season to settle at City but then really became a strong player for them.
