When Balogh was our main goalkeeper in the 08/09 season we conceded 37 goals this season we have conceded 45, Balogh is a good enough goalkeeper for the SPL, the reason he isn't playing instead of MacDonald I would guess is he has a high appearance bonus. Anyways he's a poland international, midfielder(not sure where in midfield), has 9 caps, 29 years old and is a free agent. He was at porto from 2007-2010 but was out on loan most of that time to derby county and vitoria setubal. Before that he was at a few polish clubs that I couldn't be bothered typing. Sorry about that. I was told the name and was posting from my phone, however the signal at my folk's house is woeful and so I was barely even able to post, never mind search their squad list. I've had a look this morning and can't see anyone called MacMillan either...not sure who the rumour was meant to involve so might just say "a possible player from airdrie..." Is it not Jordan MacMillan? If so he was on loan from Rangers. (at hamilton season before) But unless he is out of contract don't see it. He is a CB/RB early 20s. I could be wrong though. Especially the Motherwell scouts, I've always been very impressed with the players they bring in to bolster their team, they seem to cherry pick better than anyone else in the league imo. You'd think someone with interests in several clubs would want to have a top class scouting network. I wonder how much his trust issues effect his ability to use a traditional scouting network.
