djf Posted May 11, 2011 Share Posted May 11, 2011 Well clearly the whole fearing for his life thing must be somewhat problematic but career wise this nonsense is probably the best thing that could happen to him. The Celtic fans are so busy defending his honour/holding candle-light vigils to notice that he's (probably) allowed an ageing, threadbare Rangers team to win their third title in a row despite spending several millions and without the distraction of mid-week European football. Anybody else would be in fear of the sack but it doesn't even seem to be a consideration in any Celtic fan's mind at the moment. I reckon he's went for the approach of attempting to take any flak whatsoever off his players however as he attracts so much he's allowed the football to become nothing more than a side aspect of the Neil Lennon Show.
