After stopping training and playing nearly everyday for over 2 decades I have seen a big change in my body... having put on 2 much timber but not exactly in my best athletic shape... really need to get back feeling good again

I think that often happens with athletes who have been on strict diets for years then are no longer involved in what ever sport they were  “ chill out “ . Don’t be too harsh on yourself. You’ve earned it . I’m sure you the mental strength and fortitude to make changes if you want . Good luck
