Very different approach to the buddy cop angle. The word I'd say overrall is interesting as you can maybe tell but id imagine it really is hit and miss. I would strongly suggest you watch it without knowing what its about, it was far more fun that way, its the story of a 15 year old girl and the strap line is Mia's body is changing. Huge effects and gunfights with an outrageous car chase/gunfight taking up the first 20 minutes or so. The Alfa Romeo deserved to be trashed on colour alone (lime green), but extremely satisfying watching it dump all over the German marks.
