I have Odeon Limitless free for a year and this was the worst film I have seen this year.  It done well to make £23k!

The reviews are great on its Facebook, maybe some of them were on its cast and crew "There's no action, it's not what you expect"

No there's no action infact there's literally nothing happening at all :D

Awful film. I warned numerous folk about it. A shame as the story of what happened after Wallace deserves a decent film.

Totally right. It was made on the cheap and it showed

The Irishman. If you can get to a cinema before it transfers to Netflix in 10 days then do so. Best thing I've seen since 19.5.12.

It is 3 1/2 hours long so don't drink afore ye go.

Le Mans 66

Very enjoyable viewing. The race scenes are cracking. Downside (and marked down for it) is Christian Bales poor attempt at an English accent. 7/10

It wouldn't surprise me as he is so pretentious.  Overrated too.

I last watched that in the 1990s. Didnt think much of it at the time but now I am older and more aware of international things I might give it a watch

Here he is speaking normally in an interview. He was born in Wales but grew up in Surrey/Dorset.

The Art of Racing in the Rain.

Something a bit different from the norm. The film is seen through the mind of a dog, who is voiced by who I think was Lloyd Bridges (sounded like him) Yes I know it doesn’t sound that great, but it’s a really good watch. Some funny moments and also some sad moments.

Green Book

Terrific film and a very easy watch. What an actor Mahershala Ali is and Viggo Morteson has certainly improved from his LOTR days. Can't fault it

The Irishman is brilliant. 3.5 hours just flew by. All the usual Scorsese themes, loyalty, treachery, family, religion and mobsters facing old age and infirmity. The mob movie to end all mob movies.

Rise of the Footsoldier 4 - Marbella

Not bad at all. Quite funny in places and decent enough story I enjoyed it. Some excellent tunes in it from the 90’s too and end credits with Ebeneezer Goode🕺🏼👌🏼
7.5/10

IT Chapter 2. Pish.

Harsh.

Not as good as the first I'll admit.

Ready or not

Great wee horror comedy starring Samara Weaving.

Must play a game of hide and seek on her wedding night only catch is the in laws want to kill her.

8/10

The Festival

Far better than I expected it to be after the quite disgusting trailer I saw for it in the summer. If you're after a comedy and like The Inbetweeners and cringey comedy it's worth a watch

Fair enough. I just found it very boring, predictable and uninspiring. Would give it a 5 out of 10.

Totally daft but quite good fun. Could have done with a couple of the annoying kids getting the chop mind you.

Would give it a 7 sober but with a drink a glorious 8. Mrs F normally doesn't watch zombie films but even she loved it. By the end we were drunkenly singing along.

Someone has to review it. Frozen 2

The original was loved by my then 3 year old son and I saw it a lot more than I wished. My son is now 9 and only came to see Frozen 2 as his 4 year old sister wanted to see it.

Both came away loving it. My son liked it as it was quite a bit darker than the first one. My daughter loved it because it was Frozen 2.

My thoughts were that it wasnt nearly as bad as I feared it might be. IMO the soundtrack was nowhere near as strong or memorable as the first one. The animation was the usual high standard with a decent storyline. For me the humour was more prominent than the first film and they werent scared to poke fun at the first film or characters in it.

This film will be huge but maybe not as popular as the first one. 7/10

Cheers Ray, a mate recommended it, but he’s recommended some guff in the past, so will probably give it a watch now.

Knives Out. Saw trailers for it and wasnt sure of it. Over 2 hours long with a decent cast. A modern take on the traditional whodunnit. A few funny moments. I enjoyed it 8/10
