PS what's the deal with the team captain? Two things. First of all, I may need to contact a team during the competition. If I do, I'll be contacting the captain rather than all the individual players. Secondly, there may be a need for a penalty shoot out or coin toss later on when we reach the knockout stage, and we'll need the captain if that happens.
