I am certain it is, but in my current state I cannot be arsed looking into that, or the names displayed on the mercantile establishments.

I'm now thinking probably the best solution is to apply the standards people want,  to them. I guess for you that will be an exact street, building name, Postcode and polar coordinates ?. as well as the Town or City of course.

Was going to go to Melbourne once for a wedding a few years ago. Ended up not going but had planned to go for a few weeks and do touristy stuff.
