Don't know about elsewhere but here in Blackburn its coming down serious. It must be many a year since we've had it this bad before Xmas.

When is it our turn for global warming?

What like is it elsewhere? And I don't mean America, Canada or Japan!

About a foot has fallen in the last 2 hours or so. I live just under the Campsie hills though, so we normally get it quite bad.

I made a snowman this evening.

AWESOME.

I'd often wondered where all the old ice cream vans had been retired to, seems it is quaint old Gorebridge/Arniston.

Bah humbug!

Nothing at all here in Rosyth, it never bloody snows in Rosyth, in fact nothing ever happens in Rosyth! (apart from hoods kicking our fence down and the odd murder here and there)

Grrrrrr! :(

Nothing falling here at the moment. Even when it was falling, it doesn't look like lying due to us facing the Forth. What is it like in the west of town? Is it proper lying? Got to commute to the Gyle tomorrow.

I love this weather. Puts an end to the nonsense about woman saying anything men can do they can do just as well...

...ask your missus to try and pish her name in the snow :santa1:

Hairspray on the soles of your shoes, leave to dry before you go out, then supposed to be slip free.... I have done mine, so see what happens..

I P Knightley

May I be among the first to congratulate COP15 for fixing global warming when they got together in Copenhagen last week.

I have to admit that, at first, I was cynical about their ability to do anything simply by gathering a few thousand hot air merchants.

I'm certainly laughing on the other side of my face now that I'm iced in in West London.
