roscomcpie Posted February 26, 2008 Share Posted February 26, 2008 I firmly believe that it's because it's coming up to financial year end (April) for the councils and they're trying to use up the last of their budgets. This morning it took me over an hour to get from Deer Park roundabout in Livingston to Lizzie Brice and there was nothing wrong with the road that I saw but alas it's now getting resurfaced.
