Another assumption would be little or no wind, early in the season with benign rough and you can't count. 63 you say, 3 times. Of your low handicap, your fantastic score would win you nothing. Seasoned golfers attached to clubs are to blame due to their laziness. This extends to them not replacing divots and raking bunkers properly.
