I almost forgot (how could I!?) I had lunch with Berti Vogts. he 'tried' to tell me something about his chicken satay and then mentioned something about fish.

Mark Hateley was there too aswell as a few of the scotland squad at the time.

I sold Dave McCreery a wooden sideboard in a Great Mills DIY store, 1990.

If I even get re-married, I will hunt that little Ulsterman down and make him the Best Man.

Dave McPherson bought me a pint and called me "big man" when I worked in the Rutland and served him years ago.

Regrettably I am still waiting for a Christmas card from my queue-jumping buddy.

3 of my mates have made it to the dizzy heights of Division 2 where they are currently plying their trade. Better players than most of the OP's mates, ill tell you that much!

Most footballers are toal w***ers.

Only sound one I've met is Jason Thompson. Spoke to him up town after the 1-1 derby and he seemed a good lad. Same can't be said for the other ones I've met though.

I once spoke to the Finland manager in a hotel in Riga.

Don't know his name, but he's a great friend of mine.

I have on numerous occasions spoken to the manager of Iceland, great bloke told me where the milk was and everything.

Adding random ***** on facebook doesn't equal friendship.

I worked with Bobby for a few years in Livingston too. I left the place 2 years ago though.

I remember asking KB'ers what they remembered from his playing days to wind him up.... he wasn't best pleased!!! :)
