Wouldnt bother, the favourite fell in this as well so if it may be worth it, but to be the outlay is ridicule, suppose you got drop the 0s at the end, put on 4 quid each way, and 2.50 each therefore you would win 30.80 for your 21 quid, again not worth risk for me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I had the winner of the 3.40 at 14/1, it was Herecomesstanley, I've backed it a few times before and it ran 2 stinkers both at Cheltenham the last two times out, I couldnt believe it when it was priced up at 14/1 and literally ripped the bookies hand off. Another interesting bet I noticed Ladbrokes doing today was a couple of favourites who were both 5/2 were priced up at even money on a seperate screen just to get a place, thats outstanding value!!! If I had backed the 5/2 shot each way and it finished second, I would have odds coming back of 1/2 as it was a 7 runner race, AND I would have lost my win stake money, so ?10 each way would have returned ?15 equalling a ?5 loss, however backing it the other way would have given me ?40 and a ?20 profit.
