Dennis Waterman/Terry McCann should hunt these w@nkers down and give then a serious smack.

A terrible version of the best TV Theme Tune - ever.

I can't say I'm looking forwatd to the programme either - Minder without George Cole is just wrong.

Templeton Peck

What a load of *****e that is. All dressed up like Chas and Dave. Cockney ******.

"Pub fights are great" Ho ho.

I reckon the repeats on ITV4 will get more viewers than that.

PS Is that Lesley from Time Gentlemen Please?

The new version of the theme tune is a little quick, but ok.

I have no idea why they are bringing back Minder. Minder was perfect when Waterman and Cole were the stars.

The new version will be Politically correct at all times, which will seem odd.

Ritchie... not a good enough actor for this IMO. It will be the usual cheeky cockney acting.

:evilno:

Minder was always mind-numbingly poor. Like the Broons - same storyline nearly every week. Same gags, same Mockney cliches.

Pass the razorblades.:D

Just about every Saturday night me and a few of the troops used to venture downstairs in Ryans Bars and we used to ask him to sing it over and over again.

It cost us a few glasses of port right enough but it was worth it.

The original minder theme tune was garbage too really. It's still "classic" but it's not a good piece of music! The jury is out on the Shane Ritchie, I hope he's good but how can you live up to George Cole's version?

i knew he'd left, but for some thought you meant more recently, and thought maybe he'd gone back
