The best thing would be to get it started one week then we can take it from there if we get more people interested then that would be a bonus. We might need to start it next week by the looks of things but Id defo make that. So we are looking at Sunday the 1st of March at 7.00? Is anyone a member at Bannatynes to get it cheaper and book it. My mate is a member so if you can phone up and tell them your a member and give then a name then i could do it, if you need it on the night then we would be screwed cause its his photo thats on it and not mine, or i could possibly get him to book it for us. was there not somebody at the start of this thread that has a membership? Looks like we have the numbers to play next sunday. To get this up and running a venue needs to be booked asap. I am fine all this week regarding evenings, i know all you guys had decided to do this before but i think the pitches at bannantynes are gash. The ones at b/gate & c/woods are astro grass and are a better playing surface. How many goalies do we have? As i play in goals and as Distruction Derby will tell you my outfield playing skills are not so good. I couldnt even get a game for Hibs!!! I can play weekdays after 6pm and weekends and have a car. woot woot. Wouldnae mind getting back into football as i still have chip on my shoulder for not making it professional. Same as yourself mate, was definately not the best player when we played but a not bad finisher on my day, was 1 of the fitter players who ran about the full hour tiring out the oposing team but not played in about 6 months, me and the Dazzler were talking about it about a week ago how we had not played in ages then remembered about this thread so hopefully get back to playing regularly again. Some of us know each other some of us dont. I only know no1jambo who cannot play on Sunday so ill be a stranger to everyone. We'll just do numbers or whatever when we get there on Sunday.
