Yesterday at a meeting behind closed doors, Mr. McCurry was asked by the S.F.A. board why he did allow the goal for Rangers to stand when it was such an obvious hand ball by the Rangers player, especially when there was plenty of time to award a penalty (or two if circumstances required).

Mr. McCurry replied that he was unable to see the incident as the sun was in his eyes.

One of the S.F.A. board asked Mr. McCurry if he could explain his reply as the game had been played on a cloudy night in winter.

Mr. McCurry then stated that the sun does shine out of Barry Feguson's elbow.

Yesterday at a meeting behind closed doors, Mr. McCurry was congratulated by the S.F.A. board for allowing the goal for Rangers to stand when it was such an obvious hand ball. He was lambasted for failing to award 2 penalties to the teddy bears.

Mr. McCurry reply was no surrender FTP.

One of the S.F.A. board asked Mr. McCurry if he could explain his reply as the game had been played between the hoardes of orange and the brothers of William.

Mr. McCurry then stated that Hearts had refused to pay their subs for the last 4 years and the lodge wanted them punished. The royalist in him hates all the diving cheating foreigners in the Hearts side and he has taken it apon himself and his selected collegues to prevent the natural justice from being served.

They all rolled their trousers legs up and gave each other a quick Tommy before deciding on the now common silence.
