"We would ask fans to look back 12 months and judge where we were then, and where we are now, in terms of where we play, our position in the league and the undoubted quality of our players. Do not view us on the next 12 hours, 12 days, 12 weeks but rather the next 12 months." I would like to see if any of the Vlad lovers will back this up! He's not the answer, he knows the job is too big for him, but were better with him than we were with the committee. Rodney gave us the classic "the cure may be painful but at least we have the diagnosis" in his programme notes of Saturday 9th December 2006. So today 1st Feb 2008, a full 2 years and 53 days later we appear to be no closer to the cure. In fact we are in a significantly worse position than we were on that day. I brought up an aold quote to provide proof that we are in a worse state now then then. RR asked us to judge him after a year, after a year he had sold our best players, the riccarton three were on TV and the Romanovs abandoned the ship! we have a shadow of the sqaud from that cup winining side and are sinking!
