One of those i signed up to 'partybets.com' (Deposit ?25 you get a free ?25 bet in your account straight away, Exact same deal with totesport) I noticed they allow you to Sell bets back to them (They offer you odds back) before the event has started... I have never seen that with a bookies before, Might come in handy for large football bets? Here is the quote. "If you want to cash out on a bet before the start of the event, access our 'sell' interface by clicking the link next to your open bet details in your betting history. You will be shown the price we are currently offering for the bet's initial stake. You can sell your bet in full or in part, and we will add the cash to your PartyAccount immediately." Just thought that might be of some interest to the board... Although they do not seem to be the fastest at paying out so far.
