magicTs
Now that the season is over the thing I'm most looking forward to is the AGM. It will be interesting to see how Gareth explains away the 2nd diabolical season on the bounce. No doubt more lies and rubbish will be spouted but at least few will believe it anymore. magicTs
I'd be very surprised if even the Romanov's would have the gall for neither of them to turn up at the AGM. Given that Gareth has two of the most senior positions at the club I suspect he will be ordered to attend by his father. http://www.heartsfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/TheBoard/0,,10289,00.html
SUTOL
When is the AGM?
Gibbo
All directors should attend, although Julija hasn't been at the last 2 & the SMG director missed one a few years ago. It would be outrageous if the Chairman wasn't there. VR, on the other hand, has no official position with the company so isn't allowed to sit at the top table & would have to be in the body of the hall if he attended. Meadows
Is there anything in the constitution that says the agm must be held 'on the premises'? Could he hold it in a city centre hotel for instance? Could the city be in Lithuania?

No it doesn't have to be held on the premises, but I suspect it would have to be held in the country the business is registered.
