hearts_crazy
I was thinking about our neighbour's plight in the Scottish Cup, and I thought i'd look into other events from 1902 (when the average speed limit for the relatively new form of transport, the motor car, was around 10 mph). I came across this http://www.historyorb.com/today/search.php?day=All&month=All&year=1902&e=1&start=0 It includes such things as the end of the Boer War, the first ever moving pictures theatre opening and a Zulu assault at Holkrantz South-Africa. Oh, and the hobos aren't even mentioned. By the way if you are looking for famous firsts in this year such as the Wright Brother's first flight you won't find it, that was a year later. 106 in a row GIRFUY
