H2
We need to forget all the past games this season and get on with beating Hibs on Saturday. We should be under no illusion they will be fired up - Very fired up. "Pie Heid" likes beating Hearts, no sorry lets be more accurate - LOVES beating Hearts. He reveled in that 6-2 disaster. We owe him one big time. Every Hearts player should see the pain he inflicted upon us that day, and the pleasure he took from inflicting the pain. Every player in a maroon jersey that takes to the park on Saturday must be programmed for revenge, to make sure we do not have to suffer the smiling pie. Each and every one of us need to forget our dislikes and encourage every player , give only positive support. One thing we all no doubt agree upon is that beating Hibs on Saturday is THE PRIORITY, and we must all do whatever we can to support that end. I do not want to have tp put up with Hibee smugness, Mixu mince, Patelinien Pies or any other Leith promotion.

Agreed, a good humping of the Hobos would cheer everyone up
Dr Ian Malcolm
Not trying to tempt fate here, but usually at Tynie, its us who comes out fired up. I know they scored after about two minutes last time, but it wasn't as if they raced out thr traps and started attacking us. They never seem to come out and go for it at Tynie from the off (likewise ourselves at Easter Rd - we hardly ever take the lead there these days). If we can start like we normally do against them (we've had a large amount of early goals against them at Tynie in recent years) then I think we'll get a result. Start slowly and it could be a long afternoon. On the Paatelainen thing, he's never come across as "loving it" when they beat us in the sense of say a Riordan or O'Connor. Obviously he was delighted at the 6-2 game, he got a hattrick, but IMO Mixu never seemed to be more up for it against us than other sides. Still convinced a pen he put over the bar late on one season (0-0, end of season derby) was an old pals act with Niemi.
