bankies
having watched the penalty incident on tv last nite the debate seemed to be that miko didn't get the penalty because of past discretions i.e. the lithuanian incident however if that is the case then hearts have strong grounds to seriously question decisions from refs because it is there duty to referee games with an open-mind and therefore past discretions shouldn't count. If Hearts raise this they will be hit by a massive fine (or worse!). We are getting shafted and there is nothing we can do about it! Everybody knows it and even the likes of Andy Walker are squirming in their seats watching these injustices week on week.
