Das Root Posted January 27, 2008 Share Posted January 27, 2008 If buying a treadmill make sure you get a decent one, ie one that allows you to build on your fitness so it can take the current pace but also the pace you want to set in 6mths / 1yr etc. You'd also want one that can fold up and has the ability to raise the gradient of your run (ie the treadmill goes up and down to raise the steepness of your run).
