I have to say that I have found them to be very good with that kind of thing...I phoned them (the call centre) about 4.30pm for a replay ticket and it arrived through my door the very next morning (not the first time either). It is a worry though, more than half empty national stadium and there are jambos worrying about getting tickets sent out OK... Oh I wish for the days of common sense and cash turnstiles!!!
