Mr Quagmire
I think most of the players need access to a decent Sports Psychologist. Maybe even some Hypnotherapy ??? " Look into the eyes, Not around the eyes " But what would you say to the players if you had them under your spell ??

No Nonsense
We have other appointments to make that are more important! Have been examples of a bit of the old psychology working in the past, however not sure i would trust the club to appoint the right kind of people. Remember Rima and that stick... we'd end up with the Lithunian equivalent of Uri Geller. Bugger that for a game of soldiers.
DETTY29
What I can never understand is... What happens if every team employs a sports psychologists/hypnotists. Does it just even itself out the team the combination of the best players/spirit/organisation/hard work/manager come out on top after all.
Dirk Diggler
When the academy opened we employed two sports psychologists. Don't know if we have any now although Andrew Murray (Sports scientist who has been putting the cones and bibs out this season ) has been involved with sports psychology in the past. bishop1874
bring in some former players who won trophys for the club and tell the foreigners about it. if that doesn't work they cant care. Players from other clubs want the chance to play at tynecastle (cup draws etc) , maybe some of ours should start.
