Not that I believe in karma per se, but there are a whole host of things that could go wrong for them next season.

One of my favourites would be for them to go out of Europe because they never got a blatant penalty.

Another would be expelled for some serious infraction.  Suggestions on what that could be, and any others?

They always seem puzzled when foreign referees give decisions against them , it’s like “WTF? we get away with that aw the time in Scotland “   It used to be quite comical to watch, now I’m hoping the foreign referees go after them with a vengeance, if a hooped cockroach so much as bends down to tie his bootlace? Yellow card the wee shite.

Karma is probably not the right word here, but, given the glee they’ve taken from the ‘meltdown’ they’ve caused here… I’m very much looking forward to the inevitable two weeks of statements, uproar, outrage and appeals that will come the next time someone from their beloved SFA dares to (correctly) red card one of their players.

Appreciate I might have to wait a couple of seasons for the next one to come though.

The funniest thing that will happen is when they appoint Robbie Keane as manager.

Not only do I think he is not very good, but according to the Green Brigade he's a zionist and will trigger all kinds of hell in  the stands.Prepare for even bigger ructions

Bizarrely that’s the one and only night I’ve ever felt they were shafted. Wasn’t it like 4-3 or something? I remember thinking it would be justice if Celtic got something from the game. Then I remembered I hate them and laughed at the Juve antics.

How often have you heard a commentator say that "they wouldn't have been penalized in a league match for that" when a decision goes against them in Europe

I believe in Karma, or what goes around comes around etc. Everyone’s day comes, it’s just a matter of time.

I remember in the Covid cup final, just after we lost on penalties. Our players were devastated. Guys who knew that was probably their only chance of winning something in their career. To Celtic it was just another trophy.

Most Celtic players were respectful and shook hands. But what does Scott Brown and Griffiths do? Get right in the Hearts players faces, laughing, goading them and took the piss.

Fast forward a couple of years. Brown signs for a piss poor Aberdeen and effectively gets retired by a Liam Boyce step over. Then proceeds to fail at multiple lower league manager roles. Fades into obscurity.

Griffiths? Enough said.

Their civil war isn't going to go away just because they won the league. The board & GB have already resumed their feud with 2 members of the GB being banned, before long they'll do something major and be banned from the stadium again.

Thought this was going to be a thread about Martin Boyle.

I wonder if the cocky ***** will keep mocking other team's players next season? Was quite pleasing to see him emptied from the Aussie squad in favour of someone who made a last minute decision to play for Oz.

Add Hearts  making the later  stages of the CL, and Celtic getting knocked out at the first hurdle.

About the same amount of times their financial disadvantage (eh!) is mentioned during champions league games compared to how often their advantage is talked about during domestic games.

Let them get Protestant Rangers supporting referees and VAR officials throughout the season.

Let them be f***** over at Fir Park.

Let Collum refuse Bishop O'Neill an audience.

MON was talking about that after the Europa League game with Stuttgart 🙄

Stuttgart supposedly have double the finances of Celtic which is nowhere near the disparity between Celtic and the other teams in the SPFL (excluding The Rangers).

Green Brigade to be battered senseless by Dutch police in a away leg. Celtic fans plan revenge. It  unfortunately spills over onto the pitch in the return leg.  A riot  starts and Celtic are banned from Europe for 20 years. SFA and SPFL are heavily sanctioned by EUFA as they basically did nothing to stop Celtic fans the previous season.

Yes your right. I put little tbought into it. OK I'll change that to EUFA launch a full scale investigation into SPFL and they are all forced to resign.

St Martin mentioned it himself in that clip “Juventus who spent £100m”.

Look forward to him mentioning how much his squad is worth compared to every other squad (bar Sevco) combined.

Also a good reminder - as if one were needed - that the cheeky wee jumpy chappy is a nasty, hypocritical, bad loser and a graceless winner.

Karma really would be the match being declared abandoned and us being awarded a 3-0 win, and so the league. It would be payback for all their cheating and also the idiot behaviour of their rabid fans.

I think the letting the Green Brigade back last season was them hitting the panic button, the fact the Green Brigade turned round and said they are not changing for anyone showed that the fight is not over.

I think the board will use the double to say they were right and wont make fundamental changes they need to. I think they will bring in Keane (because Desmond wants a manager from the Emerald Isle.) The fact he has managed in Israel will cause more conflict between an element of their support and the board (though majority of Celtic fans wont care unless he does badly.) They will sell more players this summer for good money, guys who are crucial. The press will go on about how good the recruitment is with these big sales, but the replacements will continue to be not as good as those they replace.

It may be that this next season may be every other season where things go their way again, but I do think this season was when the cracks showed at Celtic but Celtic were able to paper over them and get more trophies, but the same issues have been unresolved and could get worst.

As for karma, Celtic have long been overdue for it, I feel like karma for Celtic has been building up like the lake behind a big dam, they always seem to get away with things, but at some point the lake will fill up too much and the dam will break.

I agree. Many of their fans are acting like it will be back to normal next season but I am not so sure. The club has many deep-seated structural issues such as board v supporters, outdated recruitment system, best players soon leaving/out of contract, old-fashioned methods etc. that require a significant overhaul to remedy, but the fans do not have the patience to wait for this. Now one could argue (and some of their fans have argued) that they can simply spend loads of money, and while they can do that, there's no guarantee it will actually solve the problems, as The Rangers found out. If this Keane guy gets off to a mediocre start, the Septic fans will be screaming for him to go and then they may well be looking for a new manager mid season again (ditto The Rangers with Rohl).

I do think that their title win may end being good in the short term but bad in the long term. If they had lost the league then it forces the board to make radical changes as fan pressure would be immense. But now they will do the same, they wont through a lot of money either at it as they will argue that they dont need to (maybe pay bigger fees on one or two players who might work.)

I seriously doubt Celtic and Hearts will ever receive the Karma they deserve. If they did, Celtic and their organised crime type backers will just threaten all and sundry and the authorities will buckle as we’ve just witnessed.

In a bold expansion to the Champions League this season, Celtic are drawn against North Korea's Sobaeksu Sports Club.

They are detained after the Away leg, and never seen again.

Another great instance of Karma would be if they stuck with MON for next season, and we beat them in the League (again) but this time they couldn't cheat their way to the title. Then McLean, Dallas, Beaton et al have a miraculous change of heart and reveal the truth about this season. The Celtic Board keel over with shock, Collum goes to prison, and we celebrate both League wins at the victory parade.

Late goals are their speciality and for some reason teams don't get wise to it.  Me and my mates call it "pe@do time"   they score loads in PT.
