Absolutely different class big man. 👏

Him going off so soon after losing Beni was a turning point.

He had a Trusty terrified and we were always a threat in behind.

When we lost that, we Celtic pushed up and we were had to sit deep with a midfield that had run out of gas due to sheer number of injuries.

Nothing went for us today. But the real damage was done at Fir Park on Wednesday.

Yup he played well. To be honest there was no one that I thought didn't bust a gut for the team.

He was great today. Such a shame he got injured. No doubt he will have a big part to play next season.

As a side note his performances in the last couple of games seem to have silenced the naysayers...

Probably his best performance today. Thought he was really intelligent with his play.

Yep. Will grow into next season.

Definitely weaker when he went off. Yes injuries and so forth but he caused them issues that we didn’t after he went off.

He was excellent. Going to be important for us next year.

A lot of players will come good next season and Kabore will be one. Every player will have extra fire in their bellies having been stitched up by the GFA this season. Kabore showed his pace and he just needs to tidy up one or two things and he should be fire next season.

Just echoing what everyone else has said, he was brilliant today, not a traditional target man but has the pace and power to do it and he's adapting to that style.

It's not rocket science but worth pointing out; the longer they have had to bed in, the more they play, the better all of the new guys are starting to look.

Cannae underestimate the cultural change and step up. Think Braga was the exception because his style suits the Scottish game so much. Steinwender, Kabora Christ even Chestnuts showing today there are reasons to be very cheerful next year

Don’t forget our record signing !

Could be the difference next year 🇱🇻

I've always been a Kabore apologist. I feel vindicated.

He was the right choice for today's game and did what was required really well.

A game where we need to score or hold the ball up I'd go with someone else but it's a squad game with horses for courses and he'll be valuable in certain scenarios

He was menace today and was rightly started.

We'll see more of him next season 👌

He's been disappointing most of the season, imo, but he definitely played well today.  Here's hoping he carries the improved form into next season.

I was ultra low on him most of the season. He performed today, no questions about it

Good performance from Kabore today. Won a lot of balls in the air, and did a good job keeping McGregor quiet too, but he’s a penalty box striker first and foremost and I wish that we would play to his strengths more. JTA should go find an oven-ready target man to complement him.

You can see him and Kerjota really coming on well….almost as if JTA know what they’re doing when they say give some of the boys time

He played well - important to understand that he's a backup for Braga not a backup for Shankland.

Trusty was toiling with him the whole game. He is going to be very useful in Europe next season

Steinwender,Kabore and Chesnikov all stepped up and gave their all. Altena did ok too.

Hope he does a Liam Boyce and moves up number's to 27  allow Mcpake or Miller take 11 for us.

Who is the LW for BFA?

Had their RB on toast topped with marmalade in that first half

Kabore scores for BukFasto (not our Kabore unfortunately)

Anyone have any clue how he played?

He did a lot of closing down on their keeper/defence but never got much service. Looked quite lively.
They bring on his 19 yr old namesake early on in the second half( and took PLK off) who then proceeds to score on what was really only a half chance.
I stopped watching after BFA goal.

Cheers. Time for him to have well needed rest that he’s not had for about a year and a half.

Correct, I think its overlooked how he (and Braga) have been playing non-stop for 18 months. I wonder how long the players away on International duty (not the World Cup ones) will get as a holiday.

Someone said last year was June 20th and we’d likely get similar as we have to enter Europe earlyish this year. But then someone else said McInnes will be in the US for the Scotland games and the Brazil game is the 24th. So perhaps pre-season is the week after that. WC players will get an extra 2-3 weeks you’d imagine.

I think it was Hearts standard who said it was between the 24th and 26th that the players are back as they are off to Spain the following week.

You would imagine we will be back on Monday 22nd with the CL qualifiers just over 4 weeks later, no announcement on friendlies yet as usual.
We don’t have any WC players currently.
