Boab Mugabe Posted May 5 Posted May 5 As yesterday was the biggest Hearts game I have experienced, this is now the biggest. We need another huge collective effort from all the team to get three points.
jcjambo81 Posted May 5 Posted May 5 Taking the car with late ko. Where is good for parking close to the away end ?
MillHearts Posted May 5 Posted May 5 Does anybody know of any supporters bus leaving from the Falkirk area for this?

Dalry Posted May 5 Posted May 5 I think if Falkirk beat Hibs on Saturday (and by god almighty that would be beautiful!) then Motherwell have sealed fourth place, can't get higher, can't go lower. They effectively have nothing to play for. Hopefully that'll take a bit of edge from some of them. Also I'm sure their agents will be perhaps having a word in their ears not to risk getting a serious injury against a blood thirsty team going for the title as some of those players (Watt, Just etc,) will be moving on to much bigger teams and much higher salaries. Hopefully this is the case. I think McInnes has hopefully learned the system we need to play and who needs to play. Chesnokov was a worry in the line-up against Rangers and hopefully McInnes starts Spittal. Such a massive game, win this and we're almost there, incredible. Schwolow Steinweinder Halkett Findlay Kingsley Leonard Beni Kyzi Shankland Spittal Braga I think Del will get the team right.

jamboozy Posted May 5 Posted May 5 HUMUNGAS step towards the title on Saturday night, you know what to do lads, just get it done, it can be as ugly as you want but get it done.👍

We’re not getting lie downs anywhere and we’re not getting anyone chucking games to hurt us. And we’re not getting anyone trying extra hard to help us or not give 100% against us It’s all a myth. We’ll have to win this by our own efforts alone, like we’ve had to do all season

As others have said, no way Falkirk and Hibs lie down to anyone. All players are playing games with huge audiences. A lot of the players are looking for moves. Every game now is a shop window, even last day, except for Hibs who are obviously on a different planet.

GinRummy Posted May 5 Posted May 5 If anyone has any last minute changes of plans i’m looking for 1 ticket for this. Travel anywhere to collect.
Jeremy Goss Posted May 5 Posted May 5 A bit more Dundee Utd away than Killie away please for this 8pm Saturday night kick off Be good to score first for a change!
scottg71 Posted May 5 Posted May 5 Their prick of a manager will have them up for this. We’ll need to be right on it.

Muppetboy Posted May 5 Posted May 5 This is the roughest of the lot. Past history and performance are concerning but we need to score first. It's gotta come sometime

jamboinglasgow Posted May 5 Posted May 5 We just need to be wary of the way they attack, counter that and we will be fine.
Graham Thomson Posted May 5 Posted May 5 Because top of the league with 3 games to go we have any easy games 🤦🤦
Smithian Posted May 5 Posted May 5 4-3-3 for me Kyzi Shanks Braga Spittal Leonard Beni Kingsley Findlay Halkett Altena Schwolow I almost listed a 4-4-2 formation with the midfield in a boxish, skinny square sitting on its edge shape in the middle, with Shanks at the 10 and Kabore up top, but I started getting light headed and have horrible, terrible visions of disturbing Hearts matches, so I just couldn't do it I don't think you can bench Kingsley after last week, even if Milne is 100%. Altena on other side gives width. Incredible we are on the cusp of possibly winning the title and I still cringe a bit trying to figure out fullbacks and wingbacks and have to remind myself Devlin, McEntee, and Magnusson are no go options at the moment

Maybe there isn’t mathematically, but Well are 6 points ahead of Hibs with a GD that’s better by about 10. Hibs losing to Falkirk would effectively wrap up 4th for them.
Chuck Berry Posted May 5 Posted May 5 Question for Jambo residents of Leith. Had to pass up tickets for Saturday due to a mates wedding. Any decent pubs near Leith Arches safe to watch the game in?
mr fox Posted May 5 Posted May 5 Think Milne and Devlin will be back most definitely one of them Milne has to play if fit

gregzy2k7 Posted May 5 Posted May 5 Hopefully we can claw our way to victory here, this wont be easy but I have faith we can do it Need to get the press right or they will play through us, Would take the scrapiest of 0-1 victories with an og off mcginns fat ars3.
lmc1 Posted May 5 Posted May 5 This is THE game, the key to winning the league, in my opinion. I know McInnes has come out publicly & said he is prepared that it could go to the final game at Parkhead but inside the dressing room, they will know its this game that makes the difference. I do wonder how he will set the team up for this one. I feel sick just thinking about it & its only Tuesday.

Jealousy and tribal instincts sums up Scottish Football.

The Treasurer Posted May 6 Posted May 6 I'm a bit concerned that a lot of people, not just Hearts fans, are talking as if it's job done because we've beaten hibs and sevco. I know McInnes won't allow it but it would be too easy to take the foot off the gas if we are not fully focused

Neptune Posted May 6 Posted May 6 I felt great after the The Rangers game but now I am back to being a bundle of nerves. Just have to trust in the team. I hope our away form can pick up now that a) Shanks and others are more match fit and b) Fir Park is not one of the dodgy plastic pitches.

Maybe this is just because I am a Scottish football relative newbie but I was surprised at the level of animosity some Aberdeen fans had towards us. On the other hand I have seen messages of support from Dundee, Dundee United, Killie and Dunfermline fans, and my friend who is an Aberdeen fan hopes we can do it.

I think Aberdeen have always tried to make out there is some sort of rivalry between us. I think for the most part Hearts fans couldn't care less about Aberdeen.
