Because I’m not singing and dancing all the time and praising McInnes for every little thing he’s doing I must be a Hibs fan? Tell you something, for someone who is playing a part I don’t half lock in and continue to post and reply. What you and other posters fail to highlight is the positive things I do post. Not one of you pipe up then, and I certainly post enough to show I’m not a Hibs fan. I appreciate that I have been a real negative tosser on this forum this season which is confusing. Easier if you scroll back previous season, I’ve always stood behind the team and players that others were writing off. Right now I disappointed that leading up to the final six games of the season we are not further ahead than where we are - and I’m entitled to feel like this because there is not a one size fits all mindset I need to adopt. Yes we are still top. Yes if I was asked would I want to be here at this point in the season at the start of the season - but with context. We have not shown up against the sides we should be taking points off even if playing with a sub-strong 11 and because we are only 1 point ahead with a very tough run coming up, I’m annoyed, more than happy, at this point because of where I think we should be. And I’m not going to sit back and think “well, we are far ahead from where we should be” because the opportunity we have and have had this season, I believe, is being handled poorly by our manager the closer we get to the end.

Wouldn’t be a bad thing for him to part ways at the end of the season regardless of what happens considering it doesn’t look like he’s fully bought into JTA and the players we’ve acquired through it. Good god man 😁 what players is he not playing? Mato, Kerjota, Kabangu. How the hell can you tell if they are better than the players he's choosing? He can tell, he sees them every fekn day. What are you basing your judgement on? He's choosing to keep Altena out to let him develop a bit further. Big signing for us but he was an amateur midfielder not that long ago. Still top but you wouldn't think it. Rangers have clawed the gap back because they were abysmal at the beginning of the season. We've faltered mainly due to injuries to the core of our team. Findlay, Halkett, Beni, Milne, Devlin, Shanks, Magnusson. Name the players you think McInnes should be "moved on" for not playing.

I’ve said that he isn’t bought into JTA and I do stand by that because of his decisions on Kerjota et al. The physicality aspect cannot be the reason to keep them out. Elijah Just at Motherwell has the build of a high school prefect and yet he has thrived. He’s been playing Kyzi for months when it’s clear he’s out of form, Kerjota and Mato both would’ve granted us something different out there that other teams wouldn’t know how to manage. Also for Altena, 800k for a development player? Nah. Play him, he’s already shown he should be starting games. again though not once did I saw he should be moved (AKA sacked) I’ve said that if he can’t fully buy into JTA and play the players he keeps leaving on the bench (or giving them 42 seconds at the end) there should be a mutual decision on his departure

You do realise that he would have to drop other JTA players to play those mentioned. Is Kerjota better than Chesnokov I'd say no despite what some think. Ches is an international, Kerjota came from the 3rd division in Italy. We will see how good both players are next season. Is Mato better than Kyzi. Would take a brave man to say that after not seeing him play. Hopefully he will be. Got to trust the manager rather than our own gut feeling mate. Altena will be a top player btw. But if McInnes thinks he's not ready. I'm happy with that.

If your using the international player aspect, Mato was just at the African nations before joining us. I’d be looking to give a guy like that minutes over someone who has been out of form for months. I agree on Altena, that’s why I’m annoyed to not have see more of him. Guys looked a baller every time he’s played. I know you’re right regarding trusting Del. I’m finding it hard just now based on our recent away performances and I hope he has this team fired up for the six cup finals coming our way. The reality I need to focus on is that we are still top and by no means out of this.
