More an agreed departure if he can’t let go of his dinosaur tendencies and play the players in their proper positions, the same players he’s been harping on about that are a “cut above” because of the analytics we’ve bought into, it’s best to part ways and look for a manager that will take us to that next level.

It’s well documented the not very JTA signing will work out and I think, and this is purely my opinion, we’re probably 50/50 right now with success. If JTA signings aren’t featuring then it’s for one of two reasons. 1) They’re not ready to play now and need a bit of development before Del trusts them or 2) They’re not good enough and we’ve made a mistake despite the analytics providing good stats. Borchy, Kabangu, McCart, Kartum were not Dels signings and I don’t think these players are good enough to play. Altena, Kerjota, Mato, Chesny and Kabore were all going to be introduced gradually and they’re cover for players that we’ll move on when the season ends. It will be constant rotation from here on in as that’s our model. Del is totally on board with GJ and how JTA operates. Like all good things there will be teething problems and JTA is not an overnight fix. We’re ahead of our forecast and that’s all we can ask for. People need to stop losing their shit over players who are not instant superstars and little bumps in the road. It was always going to happen at some stage. we still lead the league and with shanks leading the team again let’s just take it one game at a time and hope we’re still in the mix come 16th May.

You've been losing your shit since about week 2 or 3 it's all well documented on here Rangers spent tens of millions in January & haven't lost a single league game to anyone except us all season - that's why they've cut the (very early) lead we had & yet since Ibrox they've only managed to make up 1 point on us. Until we unequivocally make the step up to constant challengers for the title, this is our best season in decades. McInness has done a brilliant job this season. Absolutely brilliant.
