Deodato Posted January 24 Posted January 24 I've always rated Ryan Christie in a Scotland top. Adam Clery, who's vlog is well worth watching, REALLY rates him. No better stealer of the ball, he reckons. Watched MOTD and saw he came on against Liverpool after a long spell out injured. Boy is he back, sublime passes and helped win a brilliant Bournemouth side the game. "IF, and it's a big if, we dare to dream of Scotland progressing in the world cup, we're going to need him in top form. Looks like we got him back to his best. PS; Always loved this post match interview.
Bairnjambo Posted January 25 Posted January 25 Always seemed like a good guy to me. Does a lot of good work for charity (ahem). Talented footballer. Pity about his time at Celtic. Definitely has something to contribute in America this summer.
Hungry hippo Posted January 25 Posted January 25 (edited) I like Christie but the 'back after a long term injured' narrative by the OP is a bit misleading. He was playing throughout November then played on Dec 20th and was an unused sub on the 27th. He then played against Brighton on January 19th. I wish Ageu's injury had been that short. El Prez Posted January 25 Posted January 25 Rely on Ryan Christie. "I'll take things Scotland don't need for $800 please, Alex."
bloomtime Posted January 25 Posted January 25 Sorry but who cares🤷♂️. Just remember him as a diving squealing wee scrote at tims. Got to admit he looks better player at cherries. By way James Hill pass for 2nd goal was excellent, who wd have thought hed still be there.
