Celtic have had to do without vickers , Johnson and Jota . It’s shit for us but happens to all sides at some point. We can do this . Braga can do the Shankland role I’ve no doubt.

I think he can, he just doesn't normally and I have noticed that some people are saying he can't

A major road in Edinburgh will be closed for six months for sewage works.

Gorgie Road, which links the west of the capital with the city centre, will be shut between Robb's Loan and Hutchison Crossway from Sunday 25 January

So, they knew that the game was going to be Played or they do now and still going to start it on this dsy, not the next? No wonder people call them clowncil

I’ve got a feeling he’ll play in a three with Magnusson and Spittal, but that’s just a guess. I know Ageu is training too so maybe he’ll be on the bench.

Schwolow

Steinwender

Halkett

Findlay

Milne

McEntee

Magnusson

Spittal

Braga
Kabore

Kyziridis

2-1 to Hearts.

Good chance that will be the starting 11.

Just seen my old supporting Celtic mate.First time no bravado even with the new striker and us missing Cammy and Shanks. He thinks Hearts will win as they are just the better team.Never heard them speak like this before.

Would like to see us make a concerted effort to steal Kasper Schmeichel's towel throughout the match.

The penalty debacle aside would Kabangu not be a better shout for that forward role?  He's quick over short distances, more explosive pace than Kabore.

I think both will be play their part unless there’s new recruits in the door. Can have a half each if needs be and run themselves into the ground. Kabore I think is the better finisher of the two and Kabangu has his struggles with offside so I marginally prefer Kabore of the two

McInnes says McEntee should be fit for Celtic game. Looking to sign a midfielder (possibly Mendy but other options) for this weekend. Hoping to have Mato if paperwork goes through in time.

A midfield of McEntee and Spittal will defo be our slowest in a long time :-(

"Everybody from Saturday's game is fine, except Lawrence. A few were running on empty,” admitted McInnes. “We gave Tomas an extra day's recovery on Tuesday. His output over the last couple of games has been incredible, so we just need to avoid taking risks. We are working towards the weekend. We want to have as many players available as possible and then take stock."

Honestly, I am not sure if anyone can.

McEntee is at least in the training pics Hearts just posted on fb. Suppose we just need to see if they decide to risk him.

Be interesting to know if Ague was in them.

To be fair, he's been out for a while - would be a huge risk to throw him into a game like this - especially coming in cold to a game of that intensity

Having him back in training is a bonus in itself.

That’s what I would go with, I suspect it may be more of a back 4 though with Spittal in for Steinwender.

Whatever it is I trust Del to come up with something and outsmart O’Neill. Hopefully Celtic get a run about tomorrow in Bologna.

No surprise Del talking about the amount of work Magnussen done in the past week. The guy is an absolute workhorse.

He reminds me of early days Cammy. Like a dog chasing a ball, getting in players way, tripping over his own feet but 100% effort and a will to do his absolute best for the team. Hes young and he’ll develop and unlike Cammy he’s got an eye for goal. Once he learns to channel his enthusiasm and hold his position he could be a really good player for us.

Yes - someone posted a picture earlier in this thread from training and he was in it - I'm sure there was an interview with him at HT of the St Mirren game on HeartsTV where he said he was back doing running and light work.

Why is manager saying "back end of season then".

I've no idea, you'd need to ask him 😂 I'm assuming when he's available for selection he'll be drip fed back in and likely we'll see what he's made of by seasons end...

Least confident I’ve felt of the games against the OF this season but we still have a very good squad. Even if kabore and kabangu are left up top 🫣🫣

Some very good quotes from McInnes and plenty of interesting stuff. He'll have us well up for this.

Sure he was a stick on to start. Starting to sense a pattern here, though.

Rumours that Celtic were sniffing around Swiss striker Lauren Tolaj at Plymouth. 14 goals and 3 assists in 18 games. Considering how appalling Argyle were during the first half of the season he’s been prolific.

Argyle paid £1.2m to sign him from Port Vale but all the fans expect him to be gone in the summer since “he’s too good for L1 and will move on to bigger things”.

Celtic couldn’t sign him this week though as he’s already played games for Vale & Argyle this season.

Gotta admit, I was all doom and gloom for a few days. Was finding it hard to listen to any semblance of reason.

Snapped out of it and taking a completely different perspective on things now

Just listened to DM's interview and he is up for it.

So are the players.

He thinks we can win the game

If the gaffer thinks we can win the game then we can win the game. End of.

And us folks crying with the snotters in our beaks (me included) just need to STFU and grow a set

For every problem we have, septic have 2.

They are creaking at the very seams.

All is not well and that's an understatement.

Great stuff. It's well deserved.

We could be 9 PTS clear of them come the end of the game.

Massive opportunity for us.

I think it's probably still a bit cold for the lad, perhaps nearer spring time 🤔
