bloomtime Posted January 3 Posted January 3 (edited) No trains from fife for week from 17th could impact this game although buses to be put on.Fife train services face significant disruption from January 17-25 due to electrification works between Haymarket and Dalmeny, with replacement buses. Essential engineering for the Fife electrification project to install overhead lines.Fife trains (Dundee/Aberdeen) will divert via Perth/Stirling. Buses will run between Dalgety Bay/Inverkeithing and Edinburgh Gateway, and for North Queensferry connections. Edited January 3 by bloomtime
Hømme Posted January 4 Posted January 4 Was trying to buy tickets for this but having issues. Does Hearts E-tickets not accept payment via Revolut?

Pagey Posted January 4 Posted January 4 I’m over from US and got into hospitality. Second game of the season for me!
The Treasurer Posted January 4 Posted January 4 Went to pick up my ticket after the game yesterday and there was a decent queue wanting to buy tickets. With Falkirk getting the whole Roseburn I see no reason why this won't be a sell out
brawlad74 Posted January 4 Posted January 4 Surely a great opportunity for non ST fans to see their team
Wee Mikey Posted January 5 Posted January 5 (edited) 18 hours ago, brawlad74 said: Surely a great opportunity for non ST fans to see their team It absolutely is. Also, our Ticket Exchange is being well used as per 👇. The club will know if it is more-or-less the same takers - which might assist come ST renewal time as regards getting folks sat together), but it is really good that we're overselling our capacity. We're selling out PLUS. That's very encouraging. We're selling out both home & away, so hopefully lots of non-ST holders (and future ST holders / visitors) getting to see matches. Tickets for Tynie are 🔥🔥🔥 Edited January 5 by Wee Mikey
brownkg Posted January 5 Posted January 5 1500 resold tickets is also the thick end of £20k extra income
Hømme Posted January 5 Posted January 5 Still struggling to but tickets for this. For some reason it won't accept my Revolut Visa Debit (changed banks recently) and when i went onto try again today i can't get to checkout as it just times out. Keep trying i guess!

I've actually just sorted my own issue. The website reckons my Revolut Debit card is actually a Credit Card. Selected Visa Credit and tickets purchased. Saves a call to the office.

neiljb Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Can't see a sellout for this TBH. 8pm Saturday on TV, close to freezing temperature. Hopefully wrong. As usual, will vary, depending on results leading up to it.

You're probably right but if we get to semi final or final you can bet your bottom dollar the big game part timers be out in force looking for tickets

Think it will be a bigger than average home cup crowd though.

A good result against Dundee at the weekend and next week could see a big jump with lots going vs St Mirren getting tickets when there.
damo Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Just for some comparison, last season, Celtics 3rd and 4th round 'home' Scottish Cup ties (Killie/Raith) had them at 60% of their capacity. I believe they have a waiting list of around 20K season ticket holders. Assume they were also on TV as 17:30 kick offs. Interesting.

Should be a decent atmosphere especially if Falkirk can fill the Roseburn.

This older ST holder [74] will be there. My experience is that it's younger, so called supporters, that populate the pubs in matches like this.
