Aye I’ll blurt out exactly who told me on a football forum for the world to know.

👍🏼 he walked past me on Tuesday, was walking a bit gingerly but didn’t look too bad. He was bending his knee so it didn’t look like a knee injury to me that’s why when I heard those rumours I was kind of hoping it was just someone making it worse than it was.

It will be a blow to the team, I'm not sure a replacement can be sought unless one or two depart unfortunately, even if it's on loan

Same. Didn’t always agree with him but I always appreciated the way he’d put his points across.

We can’t go the rest of the season with only 1 recognised LB . Kingsley won’t last the season himself

Aye, I think @This is My Story Podcast stopped posting for similar reasons. Which is bloody annoying because I keep missing the live podcasts ahaha

Folk maybe need to have a word with themselves about how they speak to people on here. Nothing wrong with disagreeing etc. (Christ knows I've had some bad takes ) but no reason not to have a bit of courtesy.

Seem to remember @dazajmbo used to have some itk tidbits and would regularly get it in the neck.

Hasn't Milne been carrying an injury for a while? Sure he was struggling to make the Falkirk game and he went down a couple of times during that match. Obviously he was suspended the following week and a sub against Hibs. Club probably hoped the issue would settle down.

I don't get the need for the anger at all. Some info is right , some isn't and some is pure fantasy. Its a football forum what do folk expect.

That would a sore one.

Lets hope he surprises everyone and gets back fit sharpish.

Think we maybe need to have a look at who we could bring in if it is more serious.

Love Kingsley, but his legs have kind of gone, and he struggles lasting 90 minutes. The danger of not having cover for him goes back to the 2-2 draw with Hibs - still spewing Naismith didn't just stick Halliday on at LB... I don't want to see us shoehorning McCart into LB. Square pegs square holes..

Hope you stick around. No need at all for some of the abuse you got. It's exhausting, I know, so wouldn't blame you whatever you decide.

Cochrane available Brum say he can leave if they get a decent offer, maybe a loan till summer would be good haha.

Birmingham City have signed defender Kai Wagner from MLS side Philadelphia Union for an undisclosed fee.

The 28-year-old German left-back spent seven years in Philadelphia, collecting 63 assists, and is the Blues' first signing of the January window.

He has signed a two-and-a-half-year deal at St. Andrew's.

Possible .  Looks like he's holding his quad from the Falkirk match.   Could easily come back if he's not resting it.   He's been fantastic all season running.  Shame if he's out long term.

I was thinking Owen Beck, but I'd take Cochrane back 100000000%

Would give us legs down the left side if Milne is out and he's not going to need any time to adjust I reckon.

Almost certain Cochrane is one of Birminghams best players and were desperate for him to be fit recently.

We should borrow Penrice. Just to see the OF explode with rage.

If it’s a loan it’s five months pay plus a loan fee.  Won’t break the bank.  We would have been upgrading lb this time next year at the latest so if we have to buy someone it’s a year earlier, maybe only six months, so not a huge deal. Both Kingsley and Milne’s contracts expire summer 2027.  By that time Kingsley will be 33 and Milne nearly 31.  We will have a younger lb at least 6 months before that if not earlier.

I think Cochrane is injured right now and is expected to be out for a few weeks.

I think Kingsley is capable of being first choice LB on this team and spelling him with Findlay or McCart. You'd just have to settle for being a back 3 out of possession and occasionally using formations where Kyzi or Islam is essentially a wingback in possession.

Problem is .... His injury history gives no confidence.

If you get a like or like replacement for Milne it probably has to be a player you rotate with Kingsley or you find a starting caliber player who costs a pretty penny then try to move Milne or Kingsley in the summer.

Shame about Milne let’s hope we get a replacement in asap would them to be ready for Celtic at home.

Suppose Chesnokov is ready to take Milne's place 👀

Give the gaffer credit for at least looking at contingencies.   Home against most teams in the league it might well work if Kingsley isn’t available.  Hopefully we bring cover in.

Why would Athens give us their league starting lb on loan just because Harry Milne is injured?

Me too.

There is one poster on here that told me a couple of years ago that RRP knew his stuff. I trust that poster very much, and therefore believe him.

Time and time again, he has been proven correct.

Shocker as he’s having a grwat season and gad an outside chance of making the world cup squad.

But we knew we needed to sign a long term solution at LB in the Summer anyway, so bringing that forward to now shouldn’t be too difficult.

The last time wr played Forrest as a wingback he was at fault for 2 goals.

It's not even remotely funny to suggest we play him there again
