With the movement of players, Derbies in general also mean far less, very few player's will be from the locality. 

If 2 teams from Manchester or London area are playing,  the teams will at best have a handful of players from the area.

Not often I agree with Jamie Redknapp but he called it out sky, absolute nonsense which needs put in the bin.
