Other way round for me. My dad met my mother when he was serving in England. I was born in England and lived there for two or three months before they moved to Edinburgh in 1949. Will I be supporting England? Will I ****

England look good when the other team plays the media version of them, once they realise they they aren't the best team ever, ever- England look pretty average.

 

Teams seem to give way too much respect to them,  especially early on.

 

Serbia grew into the match and are matching them now, it's a shame the stood back admiring them for the first 15 minutes.

 

 

England have had one shot on target, no corners and lead 55-45% on possession,  the way the pundits are talking youd think Serbia are being  crushed.

 

I do think England will pick them off now, it's a shame Serbia were so timid and scared for the first 15.

To be fair , England are not that sort of Germany , France , Italy , Spain type of top level , they are the tier below that , so it is probably not the best time to compare them to the actual top nations

 

They are doing okay with their narrow half time lead
