neilnunb Posted January 1, 2025 Posted January 1, 2025 Someone in the crowd shouted "Luke, your elbow (?) is too straight"...he then hits two 180s. 🤣
neilnunb Posted January 1, 2025 Posted January 1, 2025 Think Aspinall's joking around there cost a possible 9 darter. Littler felt rattled enough from losing the previous leg to do it.

Seaside Dave Posted January 1, 2025 Posted January 1, 2025 Good win also glad to see angry ginge getting a boo 🤣🤣🤣

Sooperstar Posted January 2, 2025 Posted January 2, 2025 Aspinall's on stage persona always comes across a bit fake to me. Can't take to him.
Mr Sifter Posted January 2, 2025 Posted January 2, 2025 Has Aspinall suffered from dartitis in the past? Cos he was sure as hell showing symptoms last night. Constantly stopping his throw to either check the scores, rub his nose, take a minute to reassess his shot etc etc. It looked that obvious to me, I was actually surprised it wasn’t referenced by the commentators. Maybe a bit like “MacBeth”, it’s maybe bad luck to mention the word “dartitis” in the Ally Pally 🤪
John Findlay Posted January 2, 2025 Posted January 2, 2025 I hope Bunting wins. Then I and a few thousand others can claim a Bunting tosser won the World darts😄. Those in the know, know.

My mate suffered from this before and another dart player slowed it way down for him and explained how to get rid of it. He said when you are gripping your dart to point it to the ground and count 1 then aim at walk below the board and count 2 then aim at the board count 3 and release. After a few months he was back to normal
Swanny17 Posted January 2, 2025 Posted January 2, 2025 When do we find out who is throwing first in each game?

neilnunb Posted January 2, 2025 Posted January 2, 2025 Dobey gets back to 2-1. Needed that set badly.
stevie Posted January 2, 2025 Posted January 2, 2025 Gordie lad looks like a rabbit in the headlights, really poor.
Tiger Posted January 2, 2025 Posted January 2, 2025 Can't see anyone of these two winning it outright playing like this.
stevie Posted January 2, 2025 Posted January 2, 2025 Must be the worst ever semi final in history, really poor

Seaside Dave Posted January 2, 2025 Posted January 2, 2025 Looking pretty straight forward for Luke littler this.
Tazio Posted January 2, 2025 Posted January 2, 2025 Definitely the only occasion Man Utd will thrash Liverpool this week.
neilnunb Posted January 2, 2025 Posted January 2, 2025 Dawson and Webster almost willing Bunting's darts in.

Stuart McNeill Posted January 3, 2025 Posted January 3, 2025 I enjoy watch the darts, starting to try watch it more. What times the final?

It'll be entirely appropriate for once though, in fairness. Easy to forget his age, inexperience, scale of his achievements etc because he is just so good and it all seems so natural for him to be doing these things.
Hømme Posted January 3, 2025 Posted January 3, 2025 Littler is a class act and will win his first World title tonight.
Armageddon Posted January 3, 2025 Posted January 3, 2025 I did enjoy that moment last night when Bunting hit the 170 going treble, bull, treble.... then Luke got out on the 170 and made that wee look round. He's some player now, and will be at the top of darts for the next 30 years..... unless his dad gets caught doing something dodgy!
neilnunb Posted January 3, 2025 Posted January 3, 2025 MvG wins the throw to start the match. Come on Luke!
periodictabledancer Posted January 3, 2025 Posted January 3, 2025 Interesting opening leg ! MvG blows it.
Mikey1874 Posted January 3, 2025 Posted January 3, 2025 There was that time a few years it was like Van Gerwen would never lose a game.
neilnunb Posted January 3, 2025 Posted January 3, 2025 Both them with quite a few loose darts so far. Wish someone would punch Dan Dawson.

Sooperstar Posted January 3, 2025 Posted January 3, 2025 Littler blowing MVG as hoped and expected. Sure MVG will have his moment during the match.

neilnunb Posted January 3, 2025 Posted January 3, 2025 Lots of stray darts from Littler despite his 3-0 lead.
neilnunb Posted January 3, 2025 Posted January 3, 2025 "He's taking the piss" 🤣 Hope that doesn't come back to bite.
Craig_ Posted January 3, 2025 Posted January 3, 2025 Outrageous stuff from Littler. No surprise MvG's rattled.

Taffin Posted January 3, 2025 Posted January 3, 2025 I'm not a darts watcher but enjoyed playing on holiday earlier this year so watching tonight. If it wasn't for the commentators and preamble I'd think the guy in green was new to this.
