The park is intended to be used on a 25 year lease with Currie Star FC as it's tenant. I'd expect that it will be the club that is primarily funding the reseeding/turfing of the pitches, unless the Council undertook to complete the work prior to the new lease being signed.

Edit: I've also found a planning application associated with the works to improve the pitches.

Thanks - good to see it being upgraded. It gets well used with young kids teams at weekends.
