I think they have some leeway with a lane infringement when they look at it, ie. depends how many steps out of lane are taken, and if it could or did impede another runner. With that one, it looks like it was maybe just one step (as the finish line would be crossed on next step) with part of foot out of the lane and no-one behind getting impeded, so probably why it wasn't a DQ. He thought he was interviewing Kelly Osbourne but she wasn't ready so Ozzy went into the studio. Chris Moyles was shitting himself. His voice was trembling and thought his career was about to end. The Beat would have been more appropriate but only Dave Wakeling's band exists now with original members as Ranking Roger passed a few years ago. Like UB40 there was two bands until then.
