Make sure you use bill payers name as some times it says its fine then when you put your name in it tells you there is a problem. Also register its down so you get compensation. Used that at the time but only came up with TV issues, which it's had for weeks even though our TV has been fine. Still only saying TV issues even though it's now an area wide issue.
