According to some reports doctors are demanding a 30% increase in their salary.

I hope they get it as they thoroughly deserve the increase.

As long as they get the money that’s all that matters.

Works out at less than inflation when you consider the amount of years they want it to be staggered over.

Do you understand what weightless meant in the context it was used? As in a zero gravity situation. I bet you’re going to say you don’t believe in gravity. Deary me.

Quick pedant response, to the best of our knowledge, zero gravity doesn't exist anywhere in the universe. Zero-G is a term used to refer to zero G-force.

As for Locky, why are you grateful to the NHS. They were doing the job and they have done it badly. She sounds like a nice girl and once again they have taken the piss. You should be raging at them

@Locky has explained that they simply made an error.

You are wrong to say that they 'have taken the piss'.

People make mistakes, Rudi.

You see I have lived my life amongst doctors I understand them and frankly they sicken me. They have little empathy for people and it's the nice quiet ones that suffer

Well, pardon my French, but I think that is a load of bollocks.

Only my opinion, you understand.

Have you considered going private for a diagnosis, rudi?

I mean, if your bones have been weakened and you are unable to eat food, it sounds like a pretty severe case of radiation poisoning. They'd detect it fairly easily, I'd imagine.

Or maybe they'd find nothing wrong and refer you to a psychiatrist...

If you’re so convinced that you are right and everyone else is wrong, do something about it.

Personally, and in the opinion of a very good friend of mine who has worked with medicine all her life in California and in Beirut, you have no case.  She has been exposed to radiation for decades and says there is a very, very minimal chance of three x-rays doing to you what you claim they have.

If you decide to take this further however, I wish you all the best, Rudi.

Even quicker, even pedant-ier response - yes it does, but not as a complete absence of it...

All bodies that consist of any mass produce a gravitational pull. If we pretend for a second that the Earth and Moon are EXACTLY the same size in all respects, then at a point exactly halfway between them, the forces cancel out and the 'net' gravitational pull will be zero. ;)

Over a 5 year period, which they claim would only take them back to the level they were earning in 2008.

Indeed some people ask Dr. Google and then think they are experts, I've even seen them telling doctors & nurses that they are wrong or are doing that procedure wrong, because they've googled it.

100%. Now apply that logic to your theory and you'll work out why you were referred to a psychiatrist.

Some of your posts are utterly bizarre, Rudi, and i hate to say it, but "crackpot" would be a fair assessment after reading them.

You might find it funny in your own head, but it's a sure fire way to get sent to a psychiatrist.

She’s with us right now, but I won’t trouble her with your question.

Is that ok?
