Bought these Simon Howie white puddings out of tescos a few days ago, lovely with a cooked breakfast.

Had the speyside ones this morning, a bit bigger but tbh they taste as good as Howies.

These would be nice in stovies as well.

Anyone else eat these white puddings.

Have to get Mrs JJ on the case we can get the Howie black puddings down here but I could sure fire into one of them white ones.

Was enjoying a fruit pudding as part of my Killie pie box up until her indoors started to reel off the ingredients - definitely not doctor friendly!

That’s something I’ve not had for many a year, Harold.

Send me over a couple of packs will you?

Love white puddings from the chippy but not with batter.

Has to be from a chippy IMO

Hornigs white puddings from butchers...put in grill and turn occasionally, crisp outside and same as chippy inside...only £1.60 as well

Had these recently, Harry. Thought they were lovely. Big fan of the Speyside black pudding too if I can't get Stornoway.

Speyside black pudding is the best I've tasted.

Malinga the Swinga

Love haggis, like Black pudding in moderation but can't have white pudding. It doesn't compare to other two.

Any idea where I can get the Speyside black pudding I love the Stornoway but wouldn't mind giving it a try

Tesco Corstorphine.

Probably their other supermarkets as well.

Everything from Speyside tastes good. White, black, red pudding, whisky, walkers shortbread, local strawberrys, the lot. 👌

Once you've had black, you'll never go back. Apparently. 🤔

A myth I think 🤔

Yeh as @The Real Maroonbloodsays, any large Tesco should have it. Lovely stuff, and much lass fatty than the Stornoway varieties.

Strangely, Simon Howie's vegan version of black pudding is also surprisingly nice for a change.

Makes a great stuffing (with a very finely chopped onion and a bit of grated lemon zest) for a chicken.

Sounds delicious. I'll be trying this.

There's a chip shop near the Kincardine Bridge I got an amazing white pudding supper from years ago.

There's also a chippy up in Comrie that does a brilliant one.

My favourite supper.

OK, daft laddie question. What exactly are the main ingredients of said White Pudding?

Oatmeal, onion, beef suet, seasonings & spices. Probably a few "E" numbers too.
