Look at them in the eye , see into their souls and think what they would do to be in your position now, in 20, 50, 100 years from now other players will be looking at your photo and looking into your eyes and seeing your soul, let them see what Heart of Midlothian meant to you. An honour and a privilege most of us would sell body parts for. Don't let any regret or negativity in and use this time to become a legend down Gorgie Road. We can do this, and you will be remembered forever if you do. No matter where your career takes you, no matter what you end up doing, you will receive a hero's welcome at Tynecastle once your name is part of the story of Heart of Midlothian being engraved on the Cup. We can do this, they are nothing special, and they will be hurting after their midweek failure. Work for each other, and play the game we know we can play. We get the first goal, and their supporters will turn on them big time. If there is any doubt about a ball, hoof it out for a throw in. We've seen a couple of goals conceded in recent weeks due to indecisiveness. No-one in the stands is going to complain if you clear a bouncing ball in our penalty area out for a throw in, or boot it out instead of playing a risky option. Do not take the foot off the gas at any point. A goal lead against them is nothing, and they will do everything in their power to get their customary "Penalty to Rangers" to level it back up. They will cheat, dive, and stand offside, and it is unlikely they will be called for it by the referee. Bully them without being cynical. Get balls into the box, and take shots when the chance presents itself. If you make the keeper work, things will happen, but it won't happen if you just run into dead ends all the time. Just play the way we know we can play, and go out there and enjoy it. Positive attitude from the very start. Let them worry about us, instead of worrying about them. Don't listen to any of the nonsense the media might do to try and unsettle you or enhance the opposition.
