Haring outstanding today, Atkinson really starting to show what he can do now and big Simms what a finish. Well played the Hearts.

One of the best games this season overall.

McKay MoM but good performances all round.

McKay definitely mom, thought Boyce, Atkinson and Haring played very well.  The games against United this season have been very exciting.

Excellent win.

I thought we'd get a point at most so chuffed to bits with that.

RN keeps us ticking over, nicely.

Really looking forward to our last 4 games in the League.

Malinga the Swinga

For a team that had no real incentive to win, other than personal pride, to respond to losing early goal, be pulled back one we got ahead and then go ahead and get winner, this goes down as a great win.

Been plenty of goals in our games against Utd this season and 2 away wins and a draw from our 3 visits is more than acceptable.

That was fun to watch, a little sloppy from both teams at times but a nice open match and we did well to win that, great match winner by Simms!

Gathered ourselves after a lethargic start, a fine 3 points.  Looked dangerous today, good to see.

Looking at all the chances created it was a very good attacking performance. Could have been a thrashing with better final pass and finishing.

Great win. We should seriously break the bank to sign Simms.

This Hearts team looks like it has a few more gears to go through as well.

Great win with a depleted side. Keep it up!

Exactly ! no Smith , Souttar , Halkett , Kingsley , Halliday , Baningime and wee Devlin on bench

To win away at team 4th the league without:

Halks

Souttar

Kingsley

smith

Beni

Halliday

is absolutely amazing. Well-done Robbie and boys. Amazing bit of form atm and hopefully end the year strong. Love this team

Woodburn played in a deeper role for Liverpool in pre season. May finally (at the right time) found a position for himself.

Thought he and Moore played very well today. Sibbick was solid but still had a brainfart. Deserved win

Tremendous all round performance. Once we put the sunglasses and towels away in the first 7 minutes we were superb. Little blip sitting too deep at 1-2 but we came back strongly to win it with another Simms screamer.

Barrie McKay was sensational today. There isn’t a better ‘killer’ passer in the league and that includes the OF. 6 or 7 times he did it today.

Tom Hardy’s Dug

We didn’t sign Fuller for £1m

We didn’t sign McCulloch for £1m

If Simms costs around £1m it’s a no brainer IMO. Strikers that can score cost money - would be a bargain and still a chance to make a profit.

McKay is just an unbelievable player, incredibly lucky to have him on this form. Haring faultless again and Taylor Moore was very good. Come to think of it I don’t think there was a poor performer today. Well done Hearts!

Yep would be crazy not to break the bank for Simms as he would eventually sell for several million.

Sadly, I think Simms will be with Everton in Championship next season.

I don’t see what difference what league they are in makes, but he’s been great for us, and that’s the purpose of big clubs putting young players on loan unfortunately. He was on the fringes of their first team before he came to us and unless we can persuade Everton with a good deal, he’ll be going back there

Another great win.

Everything you want to see in a Hearts side, even when we're struggling with injuries to key players we still bag the wins.

Well done, lads.

Anyone know what our record points haul is in the league? We can’t be far off it.

74 in the 05/06 season.

We could still get 72 this season but it will be tricky.

I'd say we'll get 66 or 67.

I think we got 70/ 71 iirc when we finished 2nd.

74, answer above.

We'll beat our record next season.

Really heartening to see the team come back from a goal down and an equaliser to win as well. Glad for Ginnelly he got his goal and hopefully gets more chances before the final. A Gino on form could really hurt Rangers on the counter in the final
