National Insurance Contributions and Employer Office HM Revenue and Customs BX9 1AN Question is what do I need to add anything as I'm sending it from the States, just add UK??? Thanks. Edinburgh has such beautiful village names. Such as Silverknowes, Clovenstone, Goldenacre, love seeing them in addresses.
