Now he says he'd like to come back but doesn't want to bring his private protection with him, probably bacause he knows how that would be reported. Now the narrative from the same section of the population is " who does he think he is asking to pay our police for protection". If him and his family came back to let the Queen meet her great granddaughter for the first, and maybe only, time and something bad happened to any of them, many of the same population would be hanging around the gates of Buckingham Palace with their false mourning.
